i found the location ideal, close to the beach (only a short walk!). the staff was friendly and helpful. my room was clean and the pub downstairs had a great atmosphere. i enjoyed being part of the community vibe here.
i noticed a bit of street noise one night, but it didn't last too long.

the queen room was well-kept and clean. it included a spacious wardrobe and a modern bathroom (a good feature for longer stays). the bed was very comfortable, and the linen felt fresh and new.

the room had a good coffee machine and fridge i found this really useful. i also appreciated its great location very close to several beaches. the pub below had a good lively atmosphere i liked that a lot.
i found the staff to be not very friendly or helpful this was disappointing. the room was also quite small and i didn't like that. the bathroom barn slider door kept falling off the rails it was annoying.

excellent stay near the beach

i found the location superb. it was just minutes from the beach. access to the beach and coastal path walking to bondi was straightforward. comfy beds and lovely clean rooms were welcome after long walks.
it was a bit noisy but that is to be expected at a hotel.
